Registration notes - please read!

1. Saturday, June 15th 2024
2. Teams can be anywhere from 3-4 players, as you can sub players throughout games and tourney
3. Team Grade is the grade that the girls or boys were in this school year
4. Coach/Manager section can simply be a parent name
5. Waiver and concussion forms apply to entire team
6. 6 boys teams max for grade 9th - 12th teams
7. 6 girls teams max for 9th - 12th teams
8. 6 mens teams max for Scituate High School Alumni Division
9. 6 womens teams max for Scituate High School Alumni Division
10. Participants in Alumni Division must have played for the SBA or Scituate High School 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
